HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
1) Visit us at www.helmzone.com, and find the item(s) you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item to get to the product page.
3) Select the variant you'd like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button
5) Click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.
6) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details.
When your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number.
HOW DO I REDEEM A COUPON CODE I HAVE?
When you click on "Add to Cart", the product you are viewing is added
to the cart. From there you can either continue shopping to add more
products to the cart or checkout.
Once you have added all the products you like to the cart, click on
the cart icon at the top right corner to checkout. All items should
now be included when you checkout.
To redeem a coupon, simply type the code on the checkout page, there
is a text field on the right hand side where you enter the code. This
code will apply to the total value of your cart.
HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?
All payments are processed by Stripe, it is a trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by Stripe.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Free Shipping on orders over $100. All you have to do is place an order and we deliver the package to your door. For further information please visit our Shipping Page.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-7 days of payment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive the package within 1-4 weeks of your order date. Please note that in some cases, transit time may be as short as 10 days, while in the rarest cases, it may be as long as 60 days.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER! WHERE IS THE REST?
Sometimes when multiple products are ordered they may ship in separate packages due to size, our shipping cost or inventory. In this case, you'll receive tracking number for each parcel.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. The tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email that we send to you. Please read below for more on tracking.
THE TRACKING SAYS "NOT FOUND"! WHAT DO I DO?
The tracking requires up to 10 days to update once the order is processed. Processing time can take up to 7 days. Please wait until it has updated.
If the link provided is not showing a result after 10 days of you receiving the shipping confirmation, please enter your tracking number on this website instead - 17track.net
Rest assured your order is on its way even though there might be some tracking issues. We have never had a package not reach its destination.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
We are not responsible for any misreadings/misunderstandings or if you selected the wrong color/version for your order by mistake.
DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO THE USA?
At the moment, we ship to Canada, United States, Europe, Japan, New Zealand and Australia.
MY CURRENCY IS NOT USD, CAN I STILL ORDER?
This is unfortunately not possible. The item price will always be in USD.
